Now that it's October and Yoshiko has already beaten me to the punch by weeks, I've finally managed to finish the last of my AX pictures! Sadly, it turns out letting three and a half months go by in-between does not improve my recall. Still, you can see pictures of me in a hat. Enjoy?

I once again went to Anime Expo!

( Not pictured: countless phone calls ending with 'Yeah, I can't meet up now either.' )

The cameras are offloaded and the official count is in: I took over 800 pictures and movies at Anime Expo. If it takes me a while to put them all up, well, now you know why.

Short version: yay seeing friends, yay making new friends, yay being a responsible industry person, yay California, boo scratching up my throat, boo shoes, yay rest of cosplay

After much difficulty, the guy who set up the food trucks at AX last year (completely unaffiliated with the con) has managed to get them back again this year! Here's the Friday lineup! Mmmmmmm.
